I have had the same router for at least 10 years now and I think it has now finally given up the ghost and stopped working. It hasn't worked brilliantly for a while now and I'm not sure if that's because was so out-of-date or because it was dying. Anyway, it now won't work at all. I've tried resetting and switching off etc and nothing works.
Can I get a new one please?
