Hi,
I want to cancel my broadband service.
I am abroad, and won't be able to call you regarding this. Is it possible to communicate via email or here?
ps: I am happy to ask a friend to return the equipment, if necessary.

Sorry that you are cancelling, we cannot process cancellations on the community as you are abroad the best option may be live chat (you may have to use a VPN) Speak to a Person | Contact Us | TalkTalk Help & Support

Did this just fall through?
It is a complicated business cancelling from abroad. It isn't possible to email or cancel via Chat.
You may have to swallow the costs of ringing: 03451 720088 and there can be a considerable waiting time in the queue. Open hours 9am - 7pm Monday to Friday, till 6pm Saturday UK time, so GMT.
But wait first for staff to reply.
