Hi, I am moving house soon, what’s the process of changing address for my boardband? Do I just need to plug in the wifi to my new address on should I do something else?

@Vincentchan807, it's definitely not "plug & play".
Use the Home Move team (linked in the message above). They will coordinate taking over the line at your new address plus the cease of your current service and updating of account details. That's assuming that a Talktalk service is available at your new address.
Notice that there's a £60 charge unless you take out a new contract.
If Talktalk doesn’t have service available at the new address, you will need to be checking out what ISP can supply it for you.
In that case you would need to phone Talktalk to cancel the current one, with 30 days' notice, and possibly subject to early termination fees.
So it takes some planning!

Hi,
You need to agree end date and start dates for your addresses.
Details can be found here and you can do this on line.
