Hi
I seem to be having the same issues as others with Cisco AnyConnect. No internet access and no VPN connection to my work laptop. I am having to hotspot to able me to work. My company has told me it’s down to a firmware update sent out by TalkTalk and to ask if this can be removed.
Could this issue be resolved please.
Many thanks

Hi @Michelle-TalkTalk , I have just tried connecting and it is now working again!!
Perhaps we were having an issue with our VPN and it was just a coincidence that this was the first time I had used it at home since the reset.
Thank you for your prompt response!

Hi mike,
I'm sorry to hear this. I've checked and I can see that the version of firmware hasn't changed so VPN should be working ok. What happens when you try to connect to the VPN?
Thanks

Hi @Debbie-TalkTalk , I had an issue with my broadband speed this week and TalkTalk tech support reset my router to factory defaults. Now I am having the same issue connecting to Cisco AnyConnect on my work laptop. Would you be able to have a look and apply the same fix as you did before please?
Thank you.

Hi @mikep4
Apologies for this.
I've made a change to your router firmware, please can you retest?
Thanks
Debbie
