Haven't received returns bag

My contract with TT finished last week and I've switched to a different provider. But I still haven't received a returns bag to send the router back.

 

Is it possible for you to send one to my address?

No problem,  Have you gone to another full fibre (FTTP) provider, the account is still showing as active?
