We had an Openreach engineer out recently to check on the intermittent faults we experience. When he was here of course, nothing went wrong. He did do something to make sure our connection speed was as advertised by TalkTalk.
When we decribed the nature of the faults we experience he said that we should contact TalkTalk and ask for a new modem.
Can anyone tell me how I would go about getting one?
