Good Evening. 

I was supposed to be moving home next week so I started the process of moving my internet to my new home address. 

However, due to unseen circumstances our home purchase has been delayed. So I request the live chat to cancel my order of my move and I was assured it was cancelled and I even received a text message saying the order had been cancelled. 

I came home tonight to see my WiFi wasn’t working so I contacted live chat support through my mobile phone using my data, I asked them to check if my internet hasn’t been cancelled at my current address and the agent said no and gave me my post code and stated it was still live. 

However, I received an email earlier saying our move was complete. So I log into my account and see our line has been disconnected. 

I had two agents confirm the move was cancelled and one agent confirm our line was still live. 

I’m really frustrated as me and my wife use the internet as we both work from home and rely on this for our jobs.

Sadly, if the line cancellation has completed there isn't much we can do,  as a new order would need to be placed which can take up to 10 days.

 

This can only be done via calling us on 03451720088

Sadly staff are not on here before Monday now, @Millymore .

 

It does sound quite a mess!

 

If you would like staff to check what happened, go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard, to complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account.
