Hi there! Can anyone tell me why the devices listed in MY DEVICES  are duplicated over and over.

According to the list I have 20 devices connected to my new sagecom router all working correctly.!!!!!

In fact I only have 11 devices, 2 of which are not on the list.

The other devices are duplicated over and over.

One device appears 4 times and others 2 times. No way for me to amend it and TalkTalk no help.

Any ideas?????

Great! Do you have any active monitoring for life threatening health reasons which is solely dependant upon your TalkTalk Broadband or Telephone line?

For example a care alarm, lifeline, health pendant or fall detector.

Hello again.

Problem with connectivity is back

My iphone has great problems connecting to the internet at times. I usually have better luck using the 4G .

The line drops out making connection impossible at times with both wifi devices and wired pc

I have carried out checks as offered in 'MY connection' and everything comes back as OK.

I have rebooted the router but the problem persists.

There are times when things are better but it is a struggle to use wifi in this property.

Can you help?

Hi Chris, everything appears to be working since the router reset. The original booster has paired and seems to be working.

I will package up the faulty replacement booster but please note:-

1. This booster did not seem to to be new i.e.scratches

2. The unit is faulty and would not pair with the router even following a pin reset on the router

3. The power unit is faulty with NO power to the unit when plugged in. The green light blinking on and off.

Do you want me to put a note in the box?

Thanks for your help

Yeah, it's a possibility, could you see how it goes over the next couple of days and let us know if you experience any further problems

The old booster has paired successfully and is staying white, green, white. Not changing like the new one!!!!!!

So it would appear that the replacement unit as well as its power cable is faulty!

Maybe the original booster stopped working because of the problem with the router which has been rectified by the reset?

Thanks for trying that. Does it appear to be the same issue with both boosters (except the faulty power cable)?

Hi Chris, I have restored the router to factory settings successfully and my devices are now connected to the wifi network,

The router appeared to pair successfully but only for a few seconds when the lights went from white, green, white to white, red, white and then back to white, green, white. The colours continue between the red and the green continuously.

The booster is on my desk about 3 feet from the router for pairing.

So I ask you 'is the booster faulty?' The power lead we know is faulty as I have used the old one to get power to the booster.

Chris please read my recent posts.

The booster would not pair with the router.

Then I found my devices were asking for the wifi password, but on input said it was the incorrect password. I have not changed the password but the password that came with the Wifi hub is no longer recognised by my devices so nothing can connect. Not the booster and not anything else!!!!!!!

Can you help me?

I need to establish a wifi network first as my devices cannot connect to the router. The mobile phones do not recognise the router password. As I have asked what do I do now ???

Sorry, yes I can see your posts. If the new booster seems to be faulty I can order another replacement, would you like me to arrange this
