Hello, I have recently been migrated from Shell Broadband to TalkTalk. However I am a previous TalkTalk customer, and the email address I used with Shell was the same email I used for my previous Talktalk account. For this reason I seem to be unable to newly register my migrated account because of my email address having been used already for my previous account. Please could you help.

I have removed the old account, can you re-register your new account on our website https://www.talktalk.co.uk/login/
Any problems let me know.

Staff will remove the old information, @sbjmyuk.
Then you can try to register afresh.
