You do have a TalkTalk account that is out of contract, we have a facility to freeze accounts, so you will need to contact the loyalty team (03451720088 ) to cancel the line, or it will continue to bill.

Is your account with TalkTalk?
To discuss your service for what you require, which I don't think is possible, you need to phone and speak to the Loyalty Department.
