  • Dear EE, I have recently moved into temporary accommodation and have unplugged my Wi-Fi for obvious reasons. Can you please freeze my account as I don’t know my new address yet.

You do have a TalkTalk account that is out of contract, we have a facility to freeze accounts, so you will need to contact the loyalty team (03451720088 )  to cancel the line, or it will continue to bill.

To discuss your service for what you require, which I don't think is possible, you need to phone and speak to the Loyalty Department.
