My router hasn’t arrived.

Hi all, my broadband and land line are switching to TalkTalk on Thursday this week, but I’ve not received a router yet, I spoke to customer service on Friday, who said the router would definitely arrive within plenty of time and delivered by yodel.. But as of now (Monday evening) I’ve had no despatch notification oranysign of it being sent. I work from home so it’s important it arrives by the time my service switches over.

Hi Kev,

 

The router is now showing dispatched. Looks as though it was dispatched yesterday so you should receive it today or tomorrow
