NOW Entertainment Membership

Last week, I filled in the form to receive a NOW Entertainment Membership. Before filling it in, the page says that I would receive a response within 24 hours and after submission it said I would receive an email within 2 hours but I have not received anything. I phoned customer services and I was initially told that I would have to join NOW first and then resubmit the TalkTalk form after that to get the offer. However, the representative then said that they would try to join up for me and I have not heard back from them. 

 

Has anyone else had similar issues? Can someone from TalkTalk fix this issue?

Hi Dave, 

 

For the Now TV offer (Now TV Add to Bill), you must be subscribed to TalkTalk TV @ £4 per month.  This is not something I am able to add to your service here, however if you do want to add the Now TV service to your TalkTalk package and the accompanying Talk Talk TV Option then you will need to contact our Customer Teams directly.

So that I can locate your account on our system and pick this issue up for you, please can you add your Account number or Home phone number to your 'Community Profile'.

 

If you are a Full Fibre customer, please add your FTTP reference or FTTP order Number to your profile.

 

If you have difficulty providing the above information, please add the Account Holders name, House number and postcode to the Private Notes section that is located at the bottom of your 'Community Profile'
