Hello, my internet connection drops several times a day we have had engineers out several times and regularly run line tests and nothing has changed. I think it’s because the router is over seven years old. If possible could I have an updated one as I feel that will improve my connection?

Thanks for your reply, the router is a Huawei-HG633, the lights flicker a lot, the power one is constantly on and sometimes the internet light turns red for a little while but sometimes it doesn’t, I hope this makes sense 😊

Which router make/model do you have now & what happens to the lights on it when this happens?
