Hello, I just rebooted my router and Netflix won’t recognise my region now so it won’t show me the shows I usually have. I contacted Netflix and they said “There might be chance Netflix is recognizing your ISP as VPN/Proxy” after I told them that the services work normally after I use my mobile network instead of WiFi; does anybody know how this can be resolved?
I don’t use VPN’s or Proxy’s.

I think it’s fixed when I woke up, I guess it was just readjusting to the reboot.

Could you try powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then retest again please as this will reset the current session.
