New Contract

On the 19th October 2022 I renewed my contract with talktalk for a further 24 months. I noticed in my terms of contract this statement.
Your TalkTalk Fibre 35
plan includes Landline. Our TalkTalk Wi-Fi Router is included.
Does this mean I am entitled to a new router? I have tried phoning TalkTalk but I am unable to receive a definitive answer from them.
Can you help?
Thank you.

Ok, I have checked the order and the only equipment is the TV box, the Huawei should be fine.

Hi Arne thanks for the reply. I am currently using a HUAWEI. I had to revert back to this as my previous Sagemcom router kept dropping my connection.

Hi @shipboard no it doesn't but if and when your router becomes defective it will be replaced.
I don't work here and all my opinions are my own.
