Hi,
I just signed up for a new contract. Both the website material and my Contract Information pdf that was given to me says that activation can usually happen around 15 days after the order, but in the checkout the earliest provisional date for a setup was the 31st October. This is an issue for me and my flatmate, as our current broadband contract ends on the 16th October and we both work from home.
Is it likely that the activation date can be earlier than the provisional date, and if not, is there any way for us to have it set up earlier?

I dont think its possible to move the install date forward you, could try to call the future fibre team to see if they can do something call 03451720088 and ask to be transferred.
