Hi

I was told when I upgraded six months ago that I would receive a new modem. Still waiting. Can someone advise please, still intermittent problems with this old one and I sit right next to it.

Hi

 

A router is normally only provided at upgrade, if your current router is not compatible.

 

As you are seeing wifi issues with your current router, I'll get a replacement out to you.
