No internet since Weds afternoon, router with solid amber light, fibre box with 4 solid green lights. Did all the usual re-boots inc powering down for 20 mins. Reported online to TT Weds, then rang them yesterday and spent 1 hour 45 mins on phone to them while trying to work. Going round in circles doing the usual re-boots

Eventually put through to complaints and it was decided a new router would be sent out to me but I was told 5-7 days! Seeing other threads being told 24/48 hrs. I work from home and need this sorting asap.

New router received Monday, still showing amber light, rang TT, went through checks, was asked to remove grey broadband cable from router, got cut off (mobile) TT didn’t ring back. Turns out removing the broadband cable worked and internet connection back on.

A router is usually sent quickly however officially our staff will always advise 5 working days to allow for any issues from the courier.
