Apparently this is in the hands of the back office team and after weeks they're still unable to fix it and disconnect the Internet at our old address, even though the Internet is ready to go at our new address. Is this a problem new to them and out of their skillset? Anyone else encountered this?

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
