Contacted  talk talk regarding buffering on tv, making it impossible to watch any films .

Your suggestion was to upgradeans send out a newrouter.

It has made no difference  and the router has not been received.

As I made clear to youroperator I hav no option but to cancel our agreement as it clearlý is not working at present.

Hi @Joseph331

Can you add your phone number or account number to your 'Community Profile' so I can locate your details and check your connection.  Please do not post any info publicly.

Also, you mention watching films on TV, is this via a TalkTalk TV Box or on your smart TV, and is this connected over Wi-Fi or cable direct to router.

Thanks

Karl.

I'd suggest you wait for support staff to review your issue this week before making any decision on leaving.

Given that other ISPs use the same OpenReach network you may well find the same issues if you change providers.

I should also poi t put you cannot give notice to lea e via the forum. You need to phone and speak to the Loyalty Team to give notice.

Please remember to mark Solved Posts with Best Answer. Doing so helps other customers and saves TalkTalk's Support Team time by only looking at unsolved topics. Thanks, Steve (a fellow customer).
