I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing service disruption I have been experiencing. I have had no connection for over a week, and as someone who works from home, this has been particularly detrimental. While I understand that other customers are facing similar issues, the lack of resolution is unacceptable, and I feel it is necessary to take further action.

Hi Ayan,
If you have been experiencing the disconnections with white light staying on then can you reboot your router and check to see if the problem continues
