Staff cannot see your WiFi password, this is stored locally in your router. If you've not change this, this should be on the sticker on the back of your router. You can also log in to your router via 192.168.1.1 and the username / password for the router are usually also on the back of the router.
Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
