I recently took up a contract for Fibre 150 with Voip. All was OK except for the EERO router only having the one ethernet out port which is taken up by my telephone. This meant there was nowhere to plub in the TalkTalk TV box.
I telephoned the customer customer support and they agreed to send me another router that had more than one ethernet port. It's arrived and the box contained the router, power plug and an ethernet cable. On trying to set it up it looks like the Broadband In port is a DSL connection (hope that's right-looks like ethernet but is narrower). The cable coming from the small OpenReach box on the wall is an ethernet connection and obviously won't fit and there were no relevant cables sent with the router. I don't know how to get around this problem.

Hi @dbenn80164,
You should be able to find details here : https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Set-up-your-Wi-Fi-Hub-for-Full-Fibre/ta-p/2554261
You probably just need to connect the Ethernet cable from the Openreach box to the WAN socket on the router, but best to check that article for full details.
