REQUEST REPLACEMENT ROUTER

Hi,

 

Hoping someone can help, our router appears to be faulty - the router turns off completely at the slightest of movement of the power cable. It then takes all kinds of wiggling and adjusting the wire just right to get the router back on. How do I go about requesting a replacement router?
