I have talked to support multiple times to complain about the internet that keeps on dropping. They did send a engineer last Friday (20th Sep) to come have a look. He replace the phone socket and the internet speed increased but that did not fix the internet dropping issue.
The engineer said if the issue continues I should ask support for a new router. I been with talktalk for over 10 years and my router is over 10 years old!!!
I talk to support today and they wont let me get a replacement router. The issue with the internet dropping happens over wifi and ethernet. When I reset the router the internet comes back on. I have to do this multiples times a day.
This started happening a few month ago so I think the router is dying.
Can I please get a replacement?
