My Wifi hub recently is having problems, I cannot connect any devices to it. I tried all the steps from the troubleshooter, nothing works. How do I request a replacement. Thanks

Okay great, is there a way I can track my order. I don't have broadband at all at the moment, I am using my mobile network.

I've ordered a replacement router for testing, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
