My phone keeps bouncing out of my WiFi connection and I keep getting the dreaded WiFi exclamation mark , basically come home from work, connect to WiFi,  lose WiFi,  exclamation mark appears , reset, get WiFi then lose WiFi,  it just goes round in circles , how do I fix this please ??

Hi Curty16

I can see that your router has updated to the latest firmware version.

Is this affecting a wired connection or only wireless?

Hello,

How are you getting on? Just checking back in to see if you still need assistance with this?

Thanks

Hi Curty16

Is your router switched on at the moment? I'm unable to connect to your router.

Thanks

OK, which make/model of router do you have? Have you tried splitting the SSIDs which is a tried and tested method for avoiding these kind of issues?

@Curty16 Is this just your phone, or are other devices affected? Which make/model/OS of phone is it?

And @Divsec "fortunately" surely for them, although not so much for anybody waiting for help, I get that. 😉
