Replacement router

I have fibre 35. Speed tests show 31 at the router. On a good day can get around 22 or higher on WiFi but this is intermittent and 6 or 7 in further away rooms. Drop offs seem to be more frequent recently. I have  had the hg635 router for so long that I can’t remember (6 or 7 years?) I would appreciate a replacement to see if that improves things. Thanking you for your help.

That is a very old router. Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that the support team can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. It won't be before Monday, but I am sure they will happy to arrange a swap out to a new model for you.
