Earlier this year I reported an issue with my router where every 20 seconds it does 3 white flashes then 3 orange then 3 white again. It didn't seem to have any effect other than we sometimes get dropped connections, but that may not be related.
I was in contact with Talk Talk at the time (May), and spent over an hour trying to fix it, but they didn't even seem to know what the flashing meant, and after trying several things (moving router, reset of router, etc), nothing worked.
Recently, I've been having issues with both my Hive hub and my WiFi printer not being able to connect to the router at all.
I'd like to request a new router to hopefully fix these issues that I've been having.

Sorry it was May 2023 we moved to fibre (fibre 150 VoIP)

Hi Karl, I've swapped the account number for the land line number. But we moved to fibre in Feb and disconnected the phone. I can see now I have a small refund due and no bills shown on that login but this is the only way I've logged in historically.
