Good evening,
I had an e-mail a few weeks ago advising me that TalkTalk will no longer be supporting my router, could I have some advice as where I can get a router that will be supported.

That's great, thanks for letting us know.
In regards to the router logs, this has been raised to our Devices Team as a bug with the current firmware version.

Yes, thanks I received it and it's working well, just a question, how do i view the system logs, I did find it but its greyed out so can't view the log.
