Hi,
My contract has been cancelled as i moved to another property. I been told by costumer service that router return package will be sent out to previous address via Royal Mail. I booked Royal Mail redirection however i am waiting my return label for over a month. I am not able to access costumer service via phone because my account has been deactivated. How i can contact costumer service and sort out the return process without being charged faulsly?

Staff should be able to get a returns bag sent out directly to your new address, if you complete your profile details, @Sigita3.
So go via your avatar/name; settings; from the drop down menu:
Personal Information should show Talktalk landline number.
In Private Notes, at the end of that section, add your new home address. SAVE CHANGES.
