For queries about your TalkTalk broadband service.

I've had a problem for last 3-4 weeks. My router no longer shows a constant Internet signal - it flicks on and off quite a lot. This then cuts out watching a movie on Curzon Home Cinema etc.
Second issue is that my iPhone no longer seems to link with the broadband at my house and I can't open websites or Facebook (or images won't load). I've re-checked all the settings on router and phone and the message I keep getting on the phone is that my TalkTalk broadband has weak security and that 'WPA/WPA2 (TKIP)' is not considered secure and that if this is my wi-fi network, I should configure the route to use WPA2 (AES) or WPA3 security type. HOW DO I DO THIS?

Hi JennyButler32
Sorry for the delay.
I can see that our Community Star Keith has posted to offer advice.
Do you still need help with this?

Please see my sticky at the top of this board that covers weak security:-
