Hi Shilo
The replacement router is on its way, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.
Let us know how the connection compares with this router.
Thanks
Debbie

Hi @Shilo,
If a factory reset doesn't fix it then the router is probably faulty, some of the staff here should be back tomorrow to help further, they will probably suggest that they send you a replacement router.

Hi Shilo
I'm sorry to hear this.
Have you also tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?
Thanks
Debbie
