TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub 2 NTP cannot sync

Hi SUPPORT,

 

While I was looking into the log to see what happen to the Internet. I noticed the TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub 2 NTP is not able to sync time correctly. I have try change the NTP server to google is not working either, I can confirm by pinging the google and your talktalk NTP servers both are able to ping. but your router is not functioning properly.

Hi support NTP sync has failed again. after internet dropped last night. all the log data time is incorrect.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Hi Keith,  the original NTP setting wasn't able to sync the time that's why I changed the NTP server. I did a ping on the NTP server they are fine. I also factory reset the router too. None of these help

I do not have the hub 2, but I have never had an issue in respect of NTP with the first Sagemcom, set as default like this:-

What happens if you use these NTP servers?

 

If it still does not work, and neither does a factory default, then I will draw this to the attention of the TalkTalk products team.
