I have had an old dsl 3782 router for many years and last year when I had to have an engineer out he said he would ask talktalk to replace it as it was way out of date but nothing happened. When I had a fault on my line last week I asked about a replacement but was told there was nothing wrong with my router. The line has been repaired but I am still having problems constantly losing the connection .Can I get a better router without having to pay for one?

Morning Norman @Normbg
That's great 🙂
I will check in again with you on Monday to see how the connection has been performing with the new router.
Thanks again.

Please let us know how you get on.
