Unable to login to Router Admin

I have been trying in vain to use my mobile device as a numeric keypad for my notebook computer. I have used the Help & FAQ supplied by the app. Both devices are discoverable on Bluetooth and both are on the same Wifi network. The app is not blocked by the Windows firewall. So I decided to log in to my TT router to see if there were any interfering settings. However, using the default username & password doesn't work. I pressed the router reset and waited until Wifi was re-established - still can't log in.
What should I try next?
Richard

@Perplex2 the password you require is not on the plastic card, it is under that and printed on a label on the body of the router, pull the card out.

I have the same problem, but my router is not new. Suddenly, the username and password are not being recognised (the ones on the plastic at the back of the router). We have never changed these. What could have happened? I am reluctant to reset the Huawei router in case we lose connectivity altogether.

The WiFi password is on the removable card
The router admin login details are printed on the label behind that pull out card (admin + password)

The new router is connected and the white LED indicates that it's connected to the internet.
If I try to log in to the admin account, I get the same issue as with the outgoing router. I use the Router Username as stated (in lower case) and the Router Password on the removable panel (in upper case using the Caps Lock).
What am I doing wrong?

The router arrived just before 11:00am today! Should I return the faulty one?
Ah, I see there's a TT recycle address in the box - I'll use that.

No problem 🙂
The router is on its way, please allow 48hrs for this to arrive.
Please let us know how you get on.

Hi Rich57
Thanks for your reply.
As you have tried a factory reset (pin hole reset) then the next step will be a replacement router. Would you like me to arrange this?
Thanks
Debbie

Hello,
Can I just confirm, are you using the router details on the back of your router?
Thanks
