It is impossible to contact you, LIVE CHAT is a JOKE, you can not activate it, please contact me and resolve why I never received my Echo dot as part of my contract renewal. I am within my rights to cancel and join BT.

I had to phone them about it 4 times before I got mine. In the end they said they had sent the email but I must have deleted it.
Keep nagging them.
