Renewal Voucher - No details

After starting the process of moving to another provider I agreed to stay with TT. Speaking to an agent on the phone, part of the offer I accepted was a £80 voucher. 

Contract emails came through but nothing regarding the voucher.

I understand there is usually a waiting period and it will come via third party (eg: 70 days, giftcloud) 

Did anyone else receive any communications or should I just wait until the Feb before chasing? I don't like not having anything to confirm the agreement.

It can be minimum of 30 days after renewal which was the 18th Dec, there are notes on the account to show the voucher offer , so we can chase it up after that.

It can't be chased up till the waiting period expires and doesn't show up in contract information.
