For queries about your TalkTalk broadband service.

I had fibre65 which was rock steady and fast (60 down 20up) - i then got invited to upgrade to Fibre150 - and despite a return visit from openreach I find the service is unreliable (cutting out frequently and box resetting) and has never given the speeds promised (basically what I used to get on F65)
If i simply turn off the openreach modem and plug the sagem directly into the master socket - will I get my F65 back?

Hi timple
When you're supplied with a Gfast service you're provided with a Gfast modem by Openreach. You must connect your Wi-Fi hub WAN (red) socket to the port on the modem.
The Wi-Fi Hub does not have a built in Gfast modem so connecting the grey DSL lead to the phone socket and bypassing the Openreach modem will not connect to your broadband service.
