WiFi Extender

My WiFi sadly doesn’t reach the full length of my flat, which hasn’t been too much of an issue in the past. But now I have a smart thermostat the receiver needs WiFi signal which doesn’t currently reach my boiler. 

Please could I have a WiFi extender? Thanks!

Hi

 

Generally the speed of your connection looks fine, and the router is in sync at 79.9mb, so the overall connection looks fine.

 

As Keith mentions, the best option is to contact or Customer Loyalty Teams to purchase an extender, however as your contract is coming to an end, You can try and negotiate an extender as a starting point to renewing your contract.

They are available for purchase from the Loyalty Dept on 0345 1725157 or 0330 1278960.

 

Alternatively, if you tell me the make & model of your router. It could just be down to a WiFi interference problem. I can help identify & hopefully resolve this for you free of charge if you want.
