Wifi Channel keeps reseting

Hi Talktalk,

I've noticed that my router keeps resetting its channel every night, would you be able to turn off my Wi-Fi optimisation so that my router will stay on the channels I have selected, instead of the channels my neighbours are using. I understand this is something that has to be done at your end.

Optimisation is now off.  Please note, if you replace the router or factory reset the router, this will cause optimisation to turn back on.
