Hi,
My wifi/internet keeps going down - really not sure what to do as have posted on the community a couple of times previously and it's always been fixed which I really appreciate however It's becoming a serious issue with WFH as I have to switch to my 4G Hotspot to take calls because the wifi is so unreliable.
Any help?

I've made a small adjustment to your connection and reset the dataport.
If you can check your socket to see if it does have a 'Test Socket' and test directly at this to rule out any internal issues.

Hi Michelle,
My wifi is down again today, there's just an amber light on the router. I've had to switch the 4G as working from home but that's not a permanent solution.
I don't know if it's got a test socket or not.

Morning,
I'm really sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear, however the connection does look unstable. Is there any noise on the voice service? Does your main socket also have a test socket please?
