Wifi going down.

Every time I have to unplug my wifi from the back, which I do properly, it doesn’t turn back on. This last week i’ve rearranged my living room twice and had to unplug the router twice and it has taken 8 hours to come back on. Does anyone know why? I try all fixes on the website and on other forums etc but nothing works, I just have to factory reset it each time and after the 10th or so time of asking (including waiting in between it) it will work, does anyone have a fix as it’s just happened again.

I’d also like to add so people know, it just flashes orange, rapidly, then it slows and repeats the action.
