internet dropping constantly

I have been onto the online chat for 3 days now as our internet has been dropping out at least a dozen times a day, sometimes more since last Saturday.  They got me to do a factory reset, have changed various things in the settings for the router and still nothing has changed.  It takes hours to sit on the end of the chat to make sure I don't miss them when they are available and I have now done this for the last 3 days.  I was told at 2pm that it was fixed again and by 2:20 it was down yet again.  Please can somebody advise as it just doesn't feel like we are ever going to progress and nothing is going to be resolved.  Thanks

No I don't have another router I'm afraid

Hi @suzyb3 do you have an old router you could try with? your post has been escalated and you should hear soon.  In the meantime please check your community profile and add your landline number and/or account number so your account can be identified.
