internet fails usually evenings

My talktalk internet has over the last 4 weeks become so bad that we cannot watch TV because it keeps stopping and starting and the last 3 nights has stopped completely. The TV was checked over and was and is working perfectly. speed test 10th at 20.50 =0.78 dn 0 up at 21.10 = 1.90

today 11.15 = 2.48 dn / 18.51up Now 11.43 =60 dn 18 up. what's happening? Please advise.

Tests are clear, no issues showing with the line.

Do you notice issues with all devices or only devices connected by Wi-Fi ?
