I appreciate time is hard at the minute but the service from talk talk is shocking. I appreciate you may of closed some of your centre but I'm sure you must have a web chat team or a retention team or someone who can advise people what to do when their contact is coming to an end??

you being serious? life still goes on, businesses still need to remain professional and help customers. I know many call centres agents are working from home to still do their job and help people
