I am no longer a customer with Talk Talk since 26 March. I have moved to another provider and I am trying to return my router but I have not yet received a bag.  Please can you send me a returns bag so that I will not face charges.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. You'll need to complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account, @Hongkongese.

 

Please go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....Personal Information. Important to add your Talktalk landline  / account number and SAVE CHANGES.
