It would be very useful if Talktalk added a FAQ about email transition after cancelling sevice with TalkTalk to this page:

Q. Will I be notified about subscribing to Everymail after I cancel my TalkTalk internet/telephone service?

 

A. Shortly after your cancellation date you will receive an email with details about how to subscribe to Everymail, in order to continue using your TalkTalk email accounts.

TalkTalk is fine, when there are no issues, but getting issues resolved can be a real headache.
Incorrect information on TalkTalk help pages is unhelpful.
