I can sign in to talktalk on my computer but not on my phone

What's going on? My Talktalk account on my phone and my computer share the same password but I can't doorn in on my phone.  I keep getting an Authorisation denied 0001 message.  HELP PLEASE????

First of all, I have removed your persinal details, never post that sort of information on a public forum.

 

And TalkTalk do not do any social tariffs save for those on Job Seekers Allowance, for more information look here:
