Hello all
I have a similar problem.
My wife and I have lineone.net email addresses but cannot email each other.
Other than that we can send and receive normally.
We both run the latest version of Thunderbird on Win10 platforms.
Thunderbird makes no complaint at sending to lineone.net addresses but reports an invalid recipient if we try the test-mail account.
My wife has a pop3 service while I use imap.
It is as though the lineone.net service has blacklisted itself.
Any help would be appreciated.

As you know, the issue is under investigation.
If you wish to prepare for TalkTalk Support - include in the Community Profile (not in these public posts):
Account holder name, TalkTalk home 'phone number (if not Data Only broadband)
Alternative mobile contact number. Full address with postcode (in the Location box)
Scroll down to Private notes to add the affected lineone email addresses
Check and Save changes
Select here: Update your profile
